1. Acceptance

By installing, opening, or using Pyro: Roast Master ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your download from the App Store; where these Terms conflict with it, these Terms govern to the extent permitted.

2. Age requirement

The App is rated 17+ and is intended only for users aged 17 or older. By using the App you represent that you are at least 17 years old. If we learn that a minor has used the App, we will delete their data.

3. What Pyro: Roast Master is

Pyro: Roast Master is an AI mascot comedy app. You send a photo or a description of a situation; an AI character named Pyro responds with a roast — short comedic text designed to be funny, edgy, and sharable. All Pyro responses are AI-generated. The App displays this clearly via a first-launch AI-content disclosure and a permanent disclosure row in Settings, and every roast is attributed in the UI to the Pyro mascot character. 4. Your content and ownership

You own the content you submit to the App (photos, prompts, and chat messages). By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content solely to deliver the App's functionality — generating roasts, rendering chat, persisting your history, and serving share-card exports back to you. We do not use your content to train any AI model (see Privacy Policy §5) and we do not sell or license your content to third parties.

Pyro's output (roast text and reaction-clip selections) is also yours to use, subject to §5 and §7 below.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

Submit photos of any person under 17, or any person who has not consented to being roasted.
Submit photos that you do not have the right to share.
Attempt to weaponize Pyro against a protected class, a minor, or a specific individual in a way intended to harass.
Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or fine-tune any underlying AI model.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

The App's safety systems are designed to refuse or redirect such attempts (Pyro will roast the requester instead). Repeated abuse may result in your access being revoked.

6. Reporting and takedown (24-hour SLA)

You can report any Pyro response by long-pressing the response bubble and tapping Report, or by emailing pyro@thunder.red. We commit to triaging every report and reaching a decision within 24 hours of the report. Approved reports trigger immediate takedown of the offending roast and its associated photo.

If you are the subject of a roast (e.g. a photographed person who did not consent), email pyro@thunder.red with a description and a screenshot. We prioritize subject reports and remove the content within the same 24-hour window.

7. Share-cards and watermark

The App can compose share-cards from your roasts. All share-cards carry the Roast Master brand watermark. You may share, post, or repost share-cards on third-party platforms; you may not remove or obscure the watermark.

8. Subscriptions (Pro)

Pro subscriptions are sold via Apple In-App Purchase and renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple's standard auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund policies apply. Manage or cancel via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; restore prior purchases via the App's Settings → Restore Purchases. Pricing is shown in the App before purchase.

9. No accounts

The App does not require a sign-in. Each install is paired with an anonymous device identifier stored in your iOS Keychain, and (for Pro users) an anonymous entitlement ID. You manage your data via Settings → Delete my data. There is no password, profile, or account recovery — reinstalling produces a new anonymous identifier and a fresh history, though Pro entitlements can be restored via Settings → Restore Purchases.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Pyro is an AI character; its output is generated automatically and is intended as comedy. We do not warrant that any specific roast is accurate, appropriate, or non-offensive; the App's safety systems aim to keep Pyro within an edgy-comedy band, but specific outputs cannot be guaranteed in advance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective" date. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance.
